We are committed to ensuring that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your reading journal, our returns policy is designed to support you.
Returns: Customers may return their journal within 30 calendar days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days. Please note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty.
Exchanges: If you have received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to arrange an exchange. Please contact us directly to organise this.
