We are committed to ensuring that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your reading journal, our returns policy is designed to support you.

Returns:
Customers may return their journal within 30 calendar days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
Please note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty.

Exchanges:
If you have received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to arrange an exchange. Please contact us directly to organise this.

How to Arrange a Return:
To begin a return, please email our customer service team at sales@unlock-education.co.uk, quoting your order number and reason for return.

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

UK Delivery Options:

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class): 3–5 working days — £2.99

Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class): 1–2 working days — £4.99

Free Standard Delivery for all orders over £40

Delivery Areas:
We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
